After my scary encounter with the tigers I was glad to be home again. When I was resting, Martin came walking in.
I told Martin to be more serious in the office. But he told me that he did it for a reason, Martin was namely sure of the fact that the world would end in the year 2012, and because of that he tried to have as much fun as possible until the end.
I don’t believe that the world will end, so I told him not to worry, but he wouldn’t listen to me. I also told him that he had to be very nice to Mr. Goldman, because I still wanted to try to buy the lake from him.
I still had no idea that the lake had changed owner many times already in this short time.
When Martin had left again, I had a meeting with a new girl, named Sonja, who had contacted me for work. She wanted to sell houses for me and I thought she could be very successful in it because this girl looked really beautiful. I she would try to sell me a house, I would buy it immediately from her, she had such a pretty smile.
After the meeting I took Sonja out for a ride on my bike to show her all the houses that I had for sale.
Big mistake, because Brigitte saw me riding and as jealous as she is she started to think I was cheating on her with this girl.
So when I came back home, Brigitte as already waiting for me and she was in a very bad mood.
“Hey, what did you do with that girl? I saw you riding your stupid bike with her, who is she?” she asked. I explained Brigitte that she only wanted to have a job, but Brigitte didn’t believe me. She said “I don’t believe you, you lie to me all the time.” Because I didn’t want to fight with her again, I told her that I had to go to the city for business. But this made her even more angry.”NO YOUR NOT” she shouted, “I WANT YOU TO STAY HOME.” I hate it when Brigitte starts shouting at me, so for me, this was the moment to stand up and to go away so that she could cool off. But when I was walking to the door, she started again. She picked up her favorite weapon, her broom stick, and shouted “COME BACK YOU, I AM NOT FINISHED WITH YOU.” Now I was getting pissed off to, so I shouted back “NO, BUT I AM FINISHED WITH YOU.” and I left her alone.
